Bollington Arts Centre
Bollington Festival Choir warmly invites singers of all abilities to join us for a rewarding day of choral music as we rehearse and perform Mozart’s Requiem under the direction of renowned conductor Ian Tracey.

About the Music
Mozart’s Requiem is one of the most powerful and moving works in the choral repertoire. Left unfinished at the composer’s death, it combines dramatic intensity with moments of profound beauty and serenity. From the ominous opening of the Introit to the thrilling Dies Irae and the lyrical Lacrimosa, the work offers a deeply expressive and unforgettable musical journey.
